Lulu's Story...
Lulu is a sweet 60 lb female pit bull mix that came to us from the Manhattan shelter. Lulu is estimated at about 2 yrs old and was found as a stray, she landed in the shelter and wound up with kennel cough that has been progressing along to pnuemonia. We hope that with her getting out of the shelter and into a foster home she will get better in no time! Lulu is such a great girl she was used as a helper dog to evaluate other dogs in the shelter. Her evaluation was great and we look forward to getting to know her better while she is given time to de-stress and live a loved life! for more information on Lulu please email nepabullies@gmail.com. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lulu, a Hillsborough Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Hillsborough, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Hillsborough.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hillsborough already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hillsborough breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hillsborough paves the way for another one to be saved.
