Clyde's Story...
FOSTER LOCATION: Rigby, ID

Clyde was busted by animal control for wandering the streets of Twin Falls. No one came to post his bail so Fuzzy Pawz Rescue broke him out of doggie jail and now he’s in hiding in a foster home.

Okay he’s not really hiding since we are flashing his face all over – but as half of the Bonnie and Clyde duo in his foster home it sounded good.

Clyde is a very sweet and lovable boy who appears to get along with everyone he meets; he is quite fond of his foster moms 3 year old grandson!

He is good with other dogs, but no cats or chickens for this little guy – like most hounds he has quite the prey drive and will chase all the little furry creatures in the neighborhood.

This cute little guy is also very good in the house with great manners; he is house trained and crate trained. He loves to go for walks – so much so you have to watch him when you open the front door or he will go for a walk without you.

Clyde is neutered and vaccinated. Clyde is a Min Pin/Dachshund mix who is 2-5 years old

If you would like to take a chance on this little law breaker, please complete an adoption application at http://www.fuzzypawzrescue.com/adoptionapplication.htm

There is a $40 adoption fee for Clyde

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clyde, a Boise Dachshund/Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Miniature Pinscher for sale in Boise, or seeking a Dachshund/Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Boise.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Boise already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Boise breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Dachshund/Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Boise paves the way for another one to be saved.
