Gracie's Story...
Gracie was the product of an unwanted pregnancy. She is almost 5 months old (5/15/13) and somewhere along the line she developed a neurological disorder that manifests in her making right-hand circles. She comes to you when you call, she eats, plays and does all the normal things that puppies do, except she twirls to the right when doing it. She has lots of personality and is a little dynamo. She likes to be petted but wants to be on the go most of the time. She is definitely unique and a darling girl. She needs a fenced yard and a loving family.
Although Gracie is currently in Amite, Louisiana Transport to New England can easily be arranged through Animal Rescue Front.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gracie, a Groton Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Groton, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Groton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Groton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Groton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Groton paves the way for another one to be saved.
