Jaxson's Story...
Jaxon is a little 26 lb bundle of young love. Many people have made a guess that Jaxson might be a rat terrier/beagle. We honestly have no clue what mix this little boy is but we do know he has the best of whatever breeds he has. Jaxon is not a loud mouth nor does he have a lot of energy. He likes to romp around the backyard but if its a rainy -lazy- day he enjoys just hanging out around the house. He is great at entertaining himself with a bone to chew on but he adores having human attention. This little boy lights up when you give him a complement or a treat. Jaxson is very smart and knows how to make the best out of his space. He is so cute when he fluffs his pillows and cuddles into his blankets! He is very well behaved. This little man just wants to be loved and cared for! He is sure to put a lot of warmth and love into your house!

Jaxon is amazing with all dogs and kids.

Please foster this 26 pound boy -- he will fit anywhere!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jaxson, a Manhasset Rat Terrier/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Beagle for sale in Manhasset, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Beagle dog from a breeder in Manhasset.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manhasset already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manhasset breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Beagle breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manhasset paves the way for another one to be saved.
