My story

Diego (formerly Chico - we had to change his name because there was already a Chico in the house) is a sweet, friendly 2 yr old chihuahua mix (possibly mixed a breed with a wiry coat) weighing only 8 lbs. Unlike many small dogs he is quiet, super social, and has a big dog personality. Diego loves to be a lap dog but also enjoys getting outside and running around. He enjoys his trips to the dog park and makes friends with everyone he meets. Diego likes to play ball and tug with his people and his dog friends. He enjoys hanging out with other dogs of all shapes and sizes. Cats make him crazy so he needs to be in a cat free home. He has met children from tots to teens and is good with everyone. Diego is house trained and stays in a crate when home alone. He is the perfect dog for someone looking for a tiny active companion. Diego is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $350.
