Cappuccino (Cappy)'s Story...

Cappuccino was pulled from Nash County in February. She came to us emaciated and terrified. Since then Cappy has gained about 12 pounds and is in on her way to becoming a healthy and happy girl. She is still cautious but has warmed up quickly to the people in her foster home. Cappy loves other dogs and cats. She can often be found napping in front of her foster brother's crate. She is quiet and enjoys company over toys.
Cappuccino is hw + and will begin treatment soon. She has teeth but most are broken to the gum line so she does require soft food only.
This dog's adoption fee is $175. If you are interested in adopting please email us at All dogs receive the following prior to adoption: Distemper/Parvo Vaccine, Rabies Vaccination, Heartworm Test & Treatment (if needed), Spay/Neuter, and Microchip. Puppies too young for rabies or final boosters will need to be vaccinated post-adoption at the expense of the adopter. All adopters must be at least 21 years of age. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cappuccino (Cappy), a Greensboro American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Greensboro, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Greensboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greensboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greensboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greensboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
