SISSY HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!Sissy is a very pretty, sweet mild mannered and gentle puppy that needs a loving home. This gorgeous gal was born on Christmas day 2012. Her mother Sassy, is Pit Bull/ Hound/ Boxer mix. Sissy and her mother Sassy were turned into a pound in southern IL when their owner could no longer afford to care for them. They have been loved and cared for their entire lives, but financial circumstances forced them into a shelter. Their previous owner reported that they were wonderful dogs that would do well in almost home. They have done wonderful with all of the people and other dogs they've met so far. Sissy does have cloudy eye that will have to be checked out. It could be an infection or an ulcer, but she does appear to have vision in it. If we have an interested adopter, we will have her eye checked out with one of our partner vets. Sissy is currently awaiting rescue/adoption from a kill-shelter in southern IL. We would love to help her out, but all of our foster homes are filled. If interest is shown in her, Sissy can be transported to Chicago. She will be fully vetted and prepared for adoption. • Sissy's adoption donation is $250. This donation helps to cover her spay, initial vaccines, initial worming and microchip. Pal's Place relies solely on donations to care for the pets in our care. Your donation also helps save other animals like Sissy from euthanasia.
