Shotzie's Story...
Would take too many adjectives to try to describe how very sweet Shotzie is! What a little love she is. Shotzie belonged to an elderly lady that loved her to pieces but, the owner wasn't getting around well and after she tripped over Shotzie and fell a couple of times the Drs. advice was that the little dog must go. Lucky us to have gotten her! She is not a barker, very sweet temperament, house trained. You couldn't ask for a better BFF in a small dog. Shotzie weighs about 10 pounds. She really wants to find a new home where she can love and be loved.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shotzie, a Tucson Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Tucson, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Tucson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tucson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tucson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tucson paves the way for another one to be saved.
