What do you get when you cross awesomeness with a dog? A love Hunk!
Sorry, I am just in a really great mood! I can get a little silly, I'll try to reel it in… So my name is Hunk and welcome to my edition of "Love This Dog" the game show where you can win the undying affection of a canine named Hunk from FDNL! If you think your family has what it takes, come on down and you can be the next contestant on "Love This Dog"!!!!
Ok! Ok! Seriously this time! I am just a great young dude looking for a family to make incredibly happy, but only in exchange for their forever love. I am social as can be and I just love people, I am having a total riot running and paying with all the other dogs and I even did great meeting the kitty cats …AND I am also becoming a real pro at the crate training thing! Sound to good to be true? I assure you I am 100% serious, no joke. All this in a "special needs" dog! Oh, don't get all weird on me now! I am totally fine with my Cerebellar Hypoplasia condition. Far as I can tell that is just some fancy words for "my legs are a little wonky". Other than that I am just a normal dog that loves life and want to spend the rest of it with an awesome family! So come on down and maybe you can be the next contestant of "LOVE THIS DOG"!!!!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hunk, a Portland Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Portland, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
