Gatsby's Story...
Gatsby - The Great Flying Gatsby!!!

Ok, so he can't really fly but his hearing is spectacular. Gatsby is a new favorite and could easily be a Hollywood dog. Not only is he incredibly smart, people oriented and affectionate but he just has this way of moving that makes you want to watch him. Gatsby walks well on a leash, sits on command and could learn anything you want to teach him. He has the funniest expressions and is just a hoot to be around. Gatsby is about 6 months old and looks like he could be a mix of Jack Russell and Bull Terrier. He weighs 18 pounds.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gatsby, a Austin Jack Russell Terrier/Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Bull Terrier for sale in Austin, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Bull Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
