Hera's Story...
This adorable, full grown, but petite girl is Hera!

Her sweet face, and her under bite will steal your heart for certain.

Hera is a complete love, she is a loyal gal and her favorite pass time is to

spend time with her human companions.

She is amazing on the leash, she doesn't pull...not even a little.

She will stay be her handlers side at all times.

Hera is good with cats, she is good with her canine friends as well.

She is very well behaved, she knows her "sit" command and makes constant eye

contact with her human companion.

Hera would make the perfect lap dog if she's allowed to do so.

Hera's ideal home would be either as an only dog or with a male dog, as well as

a family which will include her in their activities.

Hera is certain a family gal!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hera, a San Diego American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in San Diego, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
