BLUE HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!Blue is a very handsome, friendly and happy 3 year old male Bluetick Hound in need of a loving home. Poor Blue has been well loved and cared for, however his owner could no longer take care of him so he was reluctantly turned into a shelter. Blue gets along well with other dogs and children, but the poor fellow is afraid of kitties. He'll be a great companion for any hound lover loving for a sweet and easygoing companion! He is crate trained trained, but since we have only seen him in a kennel environment we cannot say for sure if he house trained yet. Blue is currently awaiting rescue/adoption from a kill-shelter in southern IL. We would love to help him out, but all of our foster homes are filled. If interest is shown in him, Blue can be transported to Chicago. He will be fully vetted and prepared for adoption.
