Nina's Story...
Nina had a hard life. She was used for breeding and when she was all used up, brought to animal control to be killed. We rescued her and she is now looking for a special home to live out the remainder of her life being loved and cared for. They said she is 10 and she probably spent most of her life in a crate because she could not even stand when we got her out. She has gotten stronger, but her legs are still weak and she can lose her balance. She is also blind in one eye and possibly will lose vision in her other eye. She does get around very well. She has separation anxiety and loves to just sit on your lap and follow you all over. She is about 8 pounds. She has silky beige hair with dark brown underneath. Please give Nina a chance for a happy life by opening your home and heart to her. She deserves it

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nina, a Clermont Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Clermont, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Clermont.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Clermont already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Clermont breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Clermont paves the way for another one to be saved.
