Mickey Mouse's Story...
Be prepared to lose your heart when you meet this little boy because he will definitely steal it!! Mickey is estimated to be 2 years old and is just too cute for words and an absolute joy! Because of his size (he weighs only 4 lbs), he needs to be in a home with no children. Mickey has just gone into foster care but we know that he's house trained, crate trained, that he gets along with his canine fosters and that he's very smart - he learned how to fetch after only 2 tries! But don't wait too long before meeting him as this little doll will be gone before you can say Mickey Mouse!

As HAHS now has several adoption locations, please contact Candy or Mark at 816/916-3685 or lelandsable-hahs@comcast.net to find out when and where you can meet MICKEY MOUSE!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mickey Mouse, a Overland Park Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
