Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This little cutie is Paco, a 6 to 7 pound chihuahua or mix, estimated to be about 5 years old. New to Adopt-A-Pet, we don't know much about him yet other than he seems very sweet and pick-up-able and likes to roll over for belly rubs. He enjoys his walks and also likes to run, so he may make a nice short-distance jogging companion. Although he sometimes barks at first, he seems to be fine with other small dogs and would probably adjust to a larger dog companion with a proper introduction. Stay tuned for more info. on Paco as we get to know him better!
You can meet Paco at Wilmette Pet Center anytime during store hours 7 days a week (625 Green Bay Road, 847-251-6750, www.wilmettepetcenter.com). Although you may want to take him home on the spot, please know that you will need to complete an application first.
Paco's adoption fee of $300 includes: vet exam, heartworm test (neg), distemper combo vaccination, bordetella vaccination, rabies vaccination, routine deworming, flea control and neuter.
