Hi! My name is Petey! I am a 4-month-old gray tabby. Currently, I am in one of START II's wonderful foster homes. When I first arrived, I was terrified of people. But my foster mom has been working with me daily and challenging my limits. I'm still a little skittish, but I've made a huge improvement. It is important that me new forever parent(s) continue this work!! I love playing with other cats - kittens or adults, I have no preference. Every day, my foster mom tells me I'm a good boy. And you know what? I am! I also love to play with toys. I'll play with whatever I can get my paws around. You know what that means, right? That I'll provide you with hours of entertainment! So, forever parent(s), stock up on a variety of toys! I really enjoy cookie time, too! My ideal forever home will provide me with unconditional love, give me security, and work with me daily to become more acclimated with people.
