Sadie's Story...
Sadie. Female corgi mix. 8 yrs contact twylasfriends@yahoo.com
Hello World!! My name is Sadie and I am so glad to be where I am today! I am a precious corgi mix and I weigh about 16 pounds.I have quite the story to tell! My foster mommy saved me as I was cowering and scared on the side of a busy highway! She stopped and coaxed me over to her and she whisked me away to safety.(Phew, thanks foster mommy!) She says I am just as sweet as can be and any family would be lucky to have me as their loyal companion. What can I say?I agree! I am about 8 years young and I still have a lot of life left in me and love to give to my furever human. My human friends at the rescue say I am gorgeous and someone will love me forever...even if I am not a puppy. (Hey, I am over my chewing stage, that's a plus, right?)They said I just have to be patient and wait. I am potty-trained and leash- trained. I am good with other dogs and kids.I love to be loved and am so looking foward to having a family of my own. Are you my forever human?I sure hope so. If so,please email twylasfriends@yahoo.com for more details on my loveable self. Thank You!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sadie, a Kingwood Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi for sale in Kingwood, or seeking a Corgi dog from a breeder in Kingwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kingwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kingwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi breeders who help with Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kingwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
