My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Simone is an adorable Torti-Point Siamese who had a rough time so she became a Kitty Save kitty. She was undernourished and pregnant. Although we worked hard to build up her weight and strength, she simply did not have enough physical reserve to support her babies. They were born prematurely and all were lost.

After that, we focused on this lovely lady and within a few months, she had put on weight and her health was restored.

Simone is now an elegant cat -- even a little chunky -- and very playful with other kitties. Her confidence shines and her beauty makes you smile. She would do very well in a home where she was the only cat or a quiet home with another cat. She lives with a couple of cats currently and gets along. But too much activity stresses her out. In fact, one of her eyes often waters excessively, staining her face. She's not sick and does not require medication.

When she is lonely, she can be very needy. As a result, if she doesn't get the attention she wants for as long as she wants, she will refuse to get out of your lap. Also, because she is overweight, she is hypersensitive about being petted around the base of her tail. Her neediness will subside once she is with a family and enjoys regular interaction with them, and her sensitivity will subside after she loses some of those extra pounds.

She currently lives at The Charming Cat Corner inside Vista Ridge Mall of Lewisville with Pi, and Madison. Please come visit this beauty. She and Pi have developed a loving relationship. They are adorable together and both love human attention.
