I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.
Wendy is a beautiful white German Shepherd, about 2 years old and 65 pounds. She had puppies in June 2013 and, now that all her puppies have been adopted, Wendy is now spayed and ready for her furever home! She is very sweet, a little shy at first, and super soft. She tends to be the "alpha female" type so she would do best in a home with no other dogs (no female dogs), also not too fond of cats. But she is great with kids and very gentle! She's house trained and knows some commands - we're teaching her more. She walks well on a leash - always curious to sniff the neighborhood. She LOVES her bone and is treat-motivated, but hasn't really cared about balls or toys too much. She likes to be able to sit and look out the window - she's very attentive to what's moving outside but has only barked when other dogs walk by or bark. She is a little silly in that she prefers to walk and lay down on carpet but has moved around on hardwood and tile floors (with just a little hesitation). She will need to be kept on a leash outside - unless you have a tall solid fence around your yard - she can be a runner. Is Wendy the perfect dog for you?
