My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello World,
We are Megan and Morgan, two 11 month old bichon pups. Our foster parents said to tell you that I, Morgan, am a bundle of love and energy and that Megan is a sweet and gentle little ‘bit of a girl.’ We weigh about 8 and 7 pounds now and are almost fully grown - so we won’t be quite as big as most bichons are supposed to be.

I am happy romping around playing with doggie toys or wrestling with Megan. I also like to try to wrestle with my bichon foster doggy sister. Dad says sometimes it’s a three ring circus at our house. Mom says that Megan and I like to play pretty hard with one another and that I’m the instigator. She says that when we are finished with all that ‘rough stuff’, we lie down quietly and take a nap together- happy to have worn off some of our puppy energy!)

Mom says I also love to play explorer dog – and the back yard is a perfect place for me to do that. Dad says that I like to put my head on your leg and snuggle (and to give doggy kisses because both Megan and I LOVE to be with people!)

Now for my sister, Megan…Mom says she is a sweet little angel and that she has the cutest ways about her. If you sit down to read a book or watch TV, Megan will curl up next to you and stay there forever. Dad says that Megan has a very sweet and playful spirit – and if you meet Megan in person, you will fall in love with her big brown eyes and all they communicate. Well, I think she’s pretty cute too but I don’t know that her eyes are more expressive than mine, Come on now, Dad.

When Bichon FurKids found us we were pretty scared, very skinny and had a terrible skin condition that made a lot of our hair fall out. We had somehow survived living on the streets- despite how little we are! Now Megan and I are brave, not scared, and our hair is growing back beautifully and our skin problem is gone forever. We are drinking good water and eating good food! (Mom says no table scraps even though we do to convince her to feed us some…)

Because we are young and have a lot of exciting new things to learn, we need people to teach us. Once we are adopted, Bichon FurKids also wants us to attend doggy obedience class so we can be the bestest little pups in the world.

We have been through SO much together that we must also be adopted together - so if you are interested in meeting us, please complete our adoption application at www.bichonfurkids.org and we’ll be in touch.
