Diana's Story...
Active Girl Wants to Play Catch with You - Meet Diana! Diana is a lab/border collie mix and has the energy to show it! She LOVES playing with tennis balls and other toys. She will jump up in the air to prove it! She knows sit, paw, other paw, will retrieve a ball and circle. She is around 2-3 years old, still young and has the puppy energy to play. Diana is GREAT with children, and likes their company and will let them take a ball from her mouth. She is a great around all peoples and other dogs. She is roughly 35 lbs. but needs to gain some weight as she is very thin. Diana would love to have a family that will run her, play ball with her and shower her with love. Can you give her this kind of family?? She is up to date on shots and is spayed. Being fostered in Spring Grove, PA.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Diana, a Hanover Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Hanover, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Hanover.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hanover already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hanover breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hanover paves the way for another one to be saved.
