Tashi

Tashi is a very unusual fellow - very relational, social, with an intelligent regal presence. He isn't particularly interested in playing and really prefers relating rather than playing. Sitting against your chest, he will eye gaze at you with his crystal blue eyes. He purrs loudly, and his fairly long coat requires no grooming. Tashi does not scratch furniture or destroy things. He is fine with older, cat savvy children. He prefers to sleep with his human. In the right situation he will be an amazing companion. He is altered and microchipped.
He is currently an indoor/outdoor cat and generally will not accept being indoors all day. Nor does just going out on a balcony usually satisfy him. Tashi is very strong, highly territorial and gets into fights, so it is best if his new owners let him out that it can be done so that Tashi is safe. There are many different types of enclosures that we can talk to potential owners about. Tashi is also wiling to walk on a halter and leash. His owner reports that not only does he get into fights here when I let him out, but he has been stolen twice and found shaved and dyed orange before Halloween. Tashi currently has healing wounds on the top of his head and on his leg.
