Misty's Story...
Darling Misty was recently surrendered as her person is no longer able to care for her, however sweet Misty has not let the situation get her down one bit!

Misty is loving, playful and kind, and will be a very loyal friend to the lucky person or family who adopts her. Both her front and back paws have been declawed and she has lived well with other cats and dogs and enjoys the company of nice kids!

Misty is a great cat, all she needs now is a loving home to make her life complete.

Mysty is declawed both front and back, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, spayed and Felv/FIV negative.

Act quickly to adopt Misty. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Misty, a Manahawkin Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Manahawkin, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Manahawkin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manahawkin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manahawkin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manahawkin paves the way for another one to be saved.
