Wyatt and Watson's Story...
Wyatt and Watson are two adorable brothers. Wyatt has 3 black spots on his head, and Watson has the black patch just above his eye. These boys are everything kittens should be - playful and fun, sweet and loving purring bundles of joy. They love to play with their toys and each other, and when they are tired, will curl up in your lap to sleep. They need to be adopted together into a loving family. They will be neutered. Currently in foster care.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wyatt and Watson, a New Bedford American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in New Bedford, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in New Bedford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Bedford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Bedford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Bedford paves the way for another one to be saved.
