Abby's Story...
Meet sweet ABBY (aka Abigail), a playful 2 year old white and yellow Lab/terrier mix with a lovely coat. She has brownish tan eyeshadow and ears and a beauty mark by her tail. She is energetic but has a nice disposition and is a little on the timid side. She seems eager to please. She gets along well with other dogs and with children. She is HW negative, spayed and current on shots. She weighs 38 pounds. If you live in another state, don't let that stand in your way. We will work to transport Abby if it means she will have a good forever home. If you are another rescue group, we will waive the adoption fee but you can make a donation toward vetting at your discretion. The adoption fee will help to cover the cost of the veterinary care she has received.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby, a Union City Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Union City, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Union City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Union City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Union City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Union City paves the way for another one to be saved.
