Diesel's Story...
Hello!!! I'm Diesel! I'm a strapping young lad whose estimated birthday is January, 2012. I was found as a stray running around Shawano, WI in May, 2013 and brought to Happily Ever After! I'm a perfect balance of fun puppy love and obedient wise adult! I already know how to "sit"! If you're looking for a handsome companion, please stop by HEA's Green Bay Adoption Center weeknights from 6-8 pm, and weekends from 11 am-4 pm! High fives, Diesel PS: I've heard that I like kitties a little bit TOO much, so a house with no cats is a must!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Diesel, a Green Bay Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Green Bay, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Green Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Green Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Green Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Green Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
