Puff's Story...
“Puff the magic dragon…” Oh, hi there! My name is Puff. As you can see, I am not a dragon. I am a beautiful, gray cat. But believe it or not, I am a little bit magical. Shall I tell you how?

Well, I have nine lives. That sounds magical, right? I think I’m on my second life right now. In my first life, I had a home and I lived with another cat, my friend named Miles. We were both brought in to MaxFund when our person was taken away and was not coming back anytime soon. I think my third life will start when I meet my new person and get to go to my new home.

How else am I magical? I know how to turn frowns upside down. It’s true! You might come home feeling stressed or grouchy, but I promise after few minutes of cuddling me and listening to me purr you’ll be happy again. I’m an easy-going, friendly girl and I love to interact with people.

Not a believer yet? How about if I tell you I can fly! Yep, just pull out a feather wand toy and I’ll fly through the air trying to grab it. Or put a treat on top of my cat tree and I’ll fly up to get it.

What do you think, could you use a little bit of magic in your life? Let’s start our own adventure and see where it takes us!

p.s. If you're looking to adopt 2 cats, you can adopt me and Miles together for a discounted fee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Puff, a Denver Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Denver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
