Clara Belle's Story...
Hi I'm Clara Belle! I am FIV positive. I am looking for a family who will spoil me as I deserve! I am very shy and perfer to watch you from afar. I am very playful and will play with you with toys on a string. Do you have room in your home for me?

Clara Belle has tested positive for FIV (feline aids). We are hopeful that she will test negative at a later date. She will need to be retested at the time of adoption and at six months of age. Cat Nap Lodge will pay for both additional tests. The adoption fee for Clara Belle is negotiable.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clara Belle, a Richland Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Richland, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Richland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richland paves the way for another one to be saved.
