Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Teddy Bear is an awesome Seal Bi-Color Ragdoll/Snowshoe. about 2 years old. He was rescued by a Good Samaritan who trapped him in a feral colony. He is NOT feral, but he is ear-tipped. Normally, we do not adopt out ear-tipped cats, since they are typically designated as colony cats, but Ragdoll are NOT meant to be outside! Teddy Bear will not be adopted to a home where he will be allowed outside.
Teddy Bear is extremely sweet, very affectionate, but he can be spooked easily and needs to go to a home without small children. He gets along with other cats, but he does not like alpha males. He might do better without dogs.
Teddy bear LOVES to sleep with you, he LOVES to help you cook dinner (especially if he could have a bite), and he LOVES attention. He is a bit rough around the edges, since he was on the streets, but that just gives him more character.
Adoption donation is $150.
Sorry, we do not ship our cats or provide any transportation. All potential adopters should reside in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, or Louisiana. We will not adopt outside of those states.
Who We Are: We are a private rescue and privately funded. WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, BUT A RESCUE. A rescue is a PRIVATE HOME and not a public place to visit. Adopters must make appointments prior to visiting foster homes. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, wormed, de-fleaed, and vaccinated prior to adoption.
Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you call or email us, we will provide you with an application via email.
