My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome guy is named BUSTER. He is so cute and adorable and his right eye has a circle of color around it. He is mostly stark white and you can see some speckles of color on his skin underneath giving him a spotted look. Otherwise he has pretty patches of golden color around his eye on the left side of his head and a couple of patches on his back. All that to say that he is a really pretty dog and just as sweet.
BUSTER is a Heeler/Bull dog mix and maybe some Lab thrown in for good measure. He is 12 - 16 months old and is at his adult size and weight at 40 - 45 lbs. BUSTER just arrived so we are starting his vetting requirements. He will complete vaccines by the first of July. He will be scheduled for neutering. He is testing heart worm positive, but will be treated fully before he can go to his new home. His new adopters would not need to do anything else to him except continue his monthly heart worm preventative.

BUSTER was picked up as a stray by the local animal control officer. He is well fed and truly appears to have been owned by someone. Because he was not neutered he may have gotten away from home looking for a female in heat. But we will take care of all of that and get him ready to go to his new home to stay. He is very sweet and gentle in personality. He is good with other dogs. He has just arrived so we will be happy to cat test and kid test him if you are interested. BUSTER could be heading to his new home by the first of July.
