Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Tia. I am a very, sweet and loving dog. I love the humans in my life like no other dog can. All you have to do is look at the way I look at my foster mom. I love her and she is the best! I have a lot of energy and must find a home with a fenced yard. Yards make me happy…I can spend hours out there just walking around and sniffing things. This is a great way to keep me out of trouble! I love to play fetch and would make an awesome agility dog with the right training.
I am a bossy kinda of girl who tends to not listen to younger kids, I steal their food, and jump all over them, so a home with kids under 12 is out for me. I have a mind of my own and am very smart. In the past, I had learned how to get away with things but through training, I have learned some great new behaviors. I am looking for a strong pack leader that will reinforce that training or I will revert back to my old ways. I am also looking for someone who will give me time and understand that I’m just testing things out and not give up on me! I am crate trained and overall pretty quiet. I come with training classes that you must attend to keep me on track.
I love going to doggie day care but I am known as a rough player. I had a best friend/foster brother Taz ( a rat terrier) who liked to play that way, so we got along great! I can also be a couch potato and just be content to lick peanut butter out of my Kong (favorite thing on this earth!)
I hope to find a home of my own with own people soon...I’m tired of being the foster dog and not the family dog!
Sadly but patiently waiting for my forever home-Tia
