My name is Wylie and I am a three-year-old, male Collie Mix, at least that's my foster Mom's best guess. She can tell I have some Collie in me because of my pointy nose. Where I got my coloring is anyone's guess, but it doesn't really matter anyway because I am an all around happy, loving, gorgeous and awesome 'mutt.' Here are some things you should know about me: I love my people and am happiest when I get to spend a lot of time with them, so I'd like a family where someone is around a lot of the time. I get depressed and bored if I have to wait for eight hours for my people to come home. I have a lot of energy, but am very polite about it. Still, I would like a person or persons who are committed to exercising with me. And did I tell you I can jump? I can! I am really good at it! I would make an awesome agility dog! I like other dogs, but have to be carefully introduced and would do best with a calm female. I am not sure how I feel about cats, but if they ran from me I would probably have to give chase . . . my name is Wylie, after-all. Oh, how'd I get my name? You guessed it! I am named after Wile E. Coyote because my foster Mom says I am a little bit sneaky, but not in a bad way! I am just really, really smart and can figure things out quick. Despite my name, I don't like conflict at all. I am very submissive with humans . . . and very snuggly too! The best days of my life are filled with belly rubs, ear scratches, snuggles and long walks with my person. Do you think you have space and time in your life for me? I promise to be your best friend and companion and love you forever, if you do! I am neutered, have all my shots, don't have heartworm and take medicine every month to keep heartworm and fleas away. I am also microchipped and have had basic obedience training. I am waiting for you to come fall in love with me. If you would like to meet me so I can show you what a nice guy I am, please fill out an adoption application at
