Crystal is a two yr old girl that came from a northern home with lots of dogs. 3 had to leave and they were surrendered to our shelter. A bit shy, never socialized Crystal is coming along well. She loves to crawl up on your lap and be pet. She is a JRT with a little Blue Heeler .

Crystal has been spayed and vaccinations updated. Started on hartgard and flea/tic prevent. She would do well with a active family. Not too loud but loves to have the attention. She gets along with all the other dogs at the shelter and is ok with cats. Never looks at the chickens either.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Crystal, a Mora Jack Russell Terrier/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Mora, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Mora.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mora already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mora breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mora paves the way for another one to be saved.
