Found small Black Lab mix Female near Poindexter Rd in New Kent off the New Kent Highway. No collar or ID. She weighs around 40 pounds and is mostly Lab, but mixed with a smaller breed. She is on the thin side and should be around 45 when filled out. She'll be available on 5/20/13 if not claimed.
