Bailey's Story...
My story: Hello, my name is Bailey. If you are looking for a super sweet little guy, I'm your man! I adore attention and I give it right back in return! My favorite thing is to sit on your lap or lay on your chest and hear all about your day. I also am such an easy going kitten that I just adore everyone - humans, other cats, and even the huge dogs in my foster home! I snuggle right up next to them whenever I get a chance and they will tolerate me. I'm a purrmeister snugglebug, but somehow I keep getting passed over. I hope someone sees me soon!! 'Cause I am a REALLY special guy!! Want to take me home?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bailey, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
