Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Well Howdy. My name is Rascal. Named after “Rascal Flatt” you know. I love dancin’ to music. I’m a good bird but I don’t really like hands. I prefer to just sit in (or on) my cage instead of being handled. If you let me do that I’m pretty much a happy camper.
I do have one bad habit… I love to pretend I’m Houdini. My birdy “mom” at the Haven says that I can pretty much escape out of anything. I will keep doing it to prove she is right. J I don’t really do anything bad when I escape… just sit on the outside and make all the other birdy’s jealous. They beg me to let them out too but I don’t. I’m cool like that.
NOTE: we FINALLY found a cage that he won’t escape out of. 
