I am a Rat terrier mix male who weighs about about 3 lbs and I'm on hw. prev., up to date with my vaccs and getting stronger every day! I'm gentle and sweet. I would love to go North to enjoy the beaches of the East coast and I 'll be ready for transport in July.
Although Target is currently in Amite, Louisiana, transport to New England can easily be arranged through Animal Rescue Front.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Target, a Groton Rat Terrier/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Groton, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy from a breeder in Groton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Groton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Groton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Groton paves the way for another one to be saved.
