Meet Ricky. He has been awaiting a forever home for nearly 3 years!!! Ricky is handsome and well mannered in the home and in public, and just needs to find the right fit in terms of placement. He is great with other large breed dogs, but not good with small dogs or cats. Ricky is frightened by small children, but does great with kids 12 and up. Ricky is capable of jumping any fence known to man, so he needs to be walked on a leash. He walks nicely on a leash, and is perfect for someone with an active life-style. He is SUPER smart, and would make a good hunting/fishing companion. He is protective of his home and owner, and is an excellent judge of character! He has a very comical nature and is the source of many laughs at the shelter. Can you give this boy a good home?
