Lilly's Story...
Lilly – Rolly Polly Hound Puppy
Lilly is an adorable hound mix puppy that is full of life and fun! Don’t let those hound dog eyes fool you, she is a happy girl! She is 4 months old and still very much a baby alternating between play and naps. Lilly melts in your arms when you pick her up. She is mixed with a large breed, we think Pyrenees, and will be a big dog full grown (~60 lbs). Lilly loves to swim, play chase with other dogs and pounce on unsuspecting bugs that cross her path. We have a great time watching Lilly play and know she is going to make some lucky family a great companion.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly, a Austin Hound (Unknown Type)/Great Pyrenees puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Great Pyrenees for sale in Austin, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Great Pyrenees puppy from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
