My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Marco is an adorable Miniature Poodle who was found wandering the streets on his own. He’s approximately 5 years old and weighs about 13 pounds. Marco is new to foster care and we’re still learning new things about him every day. These photos were taken right after he was found and he’s embarrassed because he doesn’t look his best. Marco loves attention and bonds quickly to people. He likes to guard his person and will need a strong pack leader to help keep his guarding instincts in check. Marco needs to be placed into a home with another dog. He is very good with dogs and likes the company. Marco has not been tested with cats. Due to his size, we would not recommend a home with small children. We are looking for an experienced home for Marco due to his strong guarding instincts. Marco would prefer to be with someone 24/7 so the less time his owners spend away from home, the better for Marco.
