Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Phoebe was given to a local vet by her owners. We can’t really say why she was given up other than perhaps her age (almost seven years) or the fact that her tear ducts have stopped working. She needs drops in her eyes twice daily but she is a real sport about it. She looooves to play ball and will drop it into your hands to get you to keep playing with her. Even with her diminished eye sight she is able to catch it in mid-air. She is a charming girl and will make a great addition to your family if you are willing to spend a minimal amount on her medical need and take time with her. I know you will love her as she will you.
