Phoebe's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Phoebe's Story...
Phoebe was given to a local vet by her owners. We can’t really say why she was given up other than perhaps her age (almost seven years) or the fact that her tear ducts have stopped working. She needs drops in her eyes twice daily but she is a real sport about it. She looooves to play ball and will drop it into your hands to get you to keep playing with her. Even with her diminished eye sight she is able to catch it in mid-air. She is a charming girl and will make a great addition to your family if you are willing to spend a minimal amount on her medical need and take time with her. I know you will love her as she will you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Phoebe, a Ozark Schnauzer (Standard)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Standard)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Ozark, or seeking a Schnauzer (Standard)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Ozark.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ozark already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ozark breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Standard)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Standard)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ozark paves the way for another one to be saved.
