Patrick's Story...
Hi, my name is Patrick! I’m a 1-year-old Terrier mix, and I am a super special little boy! I was saved on my last day from OC Animal Shelter. There are LOTS of small breed mixes out there, but one look at me will tell you how I was saved! I am full of personality and joy. I’m a happy, happy boy. I love to run, I love to play, I love people and toys! I’m really friendly and would enjoy snuggling on a lap. I’m always in a good mood. I am neutered, chipped and up to date on shots and ready for my forever home!
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email Casey Oliver at to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.

Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Patrick, a Mission Viejo Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Mission Viejo, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Mission Viejo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mission Viejo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mission Viejo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mission Viejo paves the way for another one to be saved.
