Ginger Bear's Story...
Ginger Bear is a Norwich Terrier mix female. She is approx. 3 years old. She is a very sweet little dog, that could benefit from losing a pound or two. She loves attention and to be in your lap. She has a very unique coat, with part of it being coarse and part soft, and it appears that she may be non-shedding. She showed up on someone's doorstep covered in motor oil, who knows what the people who had her before had in store for her. She has been groomed and is ready for her forever home.

**IMPORTANT: Mileage Limitation, No Shipping, Application Required. Our adoption fee is $95, and dogs will have all their shots including rabies, microchipped, spayed/neutered, and have a clean bill of health. Please Email For More Info: ALPHACanine@sbcglobal.net

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ginger Bear, a Bakersfield Norwich Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Norwich Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Bakersfield, or seeking a Norwich Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Bakersfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bakersfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bakersfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Norwich Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Norwich Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bakersfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
