Jacoby's Story...
I promise, this is no trick or subterfuge! I am really just an adorable puppy who needs a loving home to call my own. I am looking for that forever family who will be proud to call me theirs, raise me right, and teach me how to be the best possible dog I can be! I will bring all my fortitude and determination to the table…together there will be no stopping us! I have gotten along great with other dogs here and at just 4 months old I have already become a wizard at my crate training! I get along with cats and I just love people! So, as you can see I already have a solid foundation of great skills started, I just need someone to help polish off the rest of my training and help me become the wonder dog I know I can be. If this sounds too good to be true, I assure you it is not! No tricks up my sleeves (i mean come on, I don;t have sleeves!) 4 months old-27lbs. My adoption fee is $240 and includes; microchip, neuter, reduced cost Training Class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jacoby, a Portland Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Portland, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
