Here is what else his foster family had to say:
Bruno totally loves his toys and playing fetch. He does not show any aggression. He does not show any shyness at all towards anyone. He is happy to meet strangers and children.
He gets along very well with my Wheaten..they are approximately the same size. He seems to be very used to cats and enjoys my cat. Seems fine with other dogs as well, but haven't been to the dog park yet. He is not a barker, and does not bark when I leave the house or room. Bruno does not seem to be afraid of anything..except getting his nails cut...not even my vacuum.
His energy level is moderate to low . He is energetic when playing but quiet when not doing anything. He sheds very little which is amazing for a Lab mix. He is a very quiet dog overall. Bruno looks very healthy and has a good appetite. His coat and skin are in perfect shape.
Bruno's house manners are excellent. No stealing food or begging. Bruno knows his basic commands and comes when called and sits and stays. He is totally house trained. He does not need to be crated at all and is totally fine when left on his own. I am training him now with a halter for walking and he is doing very well. He never tries to bolt or escape from the yard or house. He totally loves the car and has obviously been used to being taken in a car with his owner. Just sits quietly looking out the window at everything.
Bruno is a totally beautiful and loving dog. He would do well in pretty well any home that would enjoy treating him like a valued member of the family. He likes to sleep on the bed with me, and is so quiet and good all nite. He is a very very sweet dog who I am sure has never been abused. He deserves the best family out there.
