Tiny little Rikki, only estimated at a year of age had "Shark mouth" meaning that not many of her baby teeth had come out. She needed to have them all pulled so no one wanted to bare the expense for this little girl. CRSD has taken care of that, has her in a foster home where she is being loved and cuddled like she deserves and is getting ready for her forever home. She is a bit under 4lbs, probably a mixture of long hair and short hair Chihuahua and just simply a love bug.
