With his sleek cinnamon-colored coat, Chico, the 3-year-old chi, wears the classic good looks of his tiny breed wonderfully well. From his trademark ears and wide-eyed look of impish innocence to his gaily wagging tail, this 8 lb. cutie was born to be petted, pampered and played with. It’s no surprise then, that his favorite activities include snuggling on people’s laps, playing with the other dogs – even the cat – in his foster home and going for long walks. Although his shy side shows when he first meets new people, he’s been warming up more quickly with each new person he’s met. Walking well outside on leash, what Chico most enjoys is meeting up with his many friendly neighbors; then, once he’s back inside, he races straight for his cache of toys. Potty trained as long as he’s taken out often, neutered, up to date with all of his shots and heart worm negative, cheeky and cheerful little Chico is on the hunt for a forever home, preferably one with a canine companion already in residence.
