CASH II's Story...
Who would dump a ten month old Boxer off at a kill shelter? Well, that's what happened with Cash. Luckily Sachi was there in time, before the dirty deed was carried out. Cash is a fairly dominant boy with pups his own age, but seems to know his place with the older kids. He is also quite vocal when he wrestles and plays, sounding more like a baby Grizzly Bear than a Boxer. Oh yeah, he's also one of the cutest dogs you'll ever meet. He's all joy and wiggles and just waiting for a spot on your couch!

Please fill out an adoption application. After review, one of our volunteers will contact you to answer your questions and to set up a home check and a meeting with the dogs. Inquiries WITHOUT the application will NOT be answered. Here is the link:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CASH II, a Alameda Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Alameda, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Alameda.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alameda already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alameda breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alameda paves the way for another one to be saved.
