Aesop's Story...
I am Aesop and I am three years old. I am a big guy at 120 pounds, yes you read that right! I am big, but now that summers here, I am working on getting slim and buff again! (Update-vet weighed in at 108 pounds on 06/21/2013!) My family, who loved me dearly, surrendered me because they had a new baby had come into our world. My foster mom says I am pretty laid back. I am really good at the dog park (and the lake!!) and would lOVE to have a family that can take me to fun places like that so we can hang out and play, do some obedience classes, maybe some agility. I am really smart, so I hope you can find me a job! I have a super cool trick I do- just say 'bang, bang" and I fall over, totally faking everyone out that you got me. People think I am so funny, and maybe I am, but I like making people laugh and I enjoy being the life of the party! I am fully vetted, neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and heart worm negative! Check out the adoption requirements and if you qualify please fill out an application!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Aesop, a Buffalo Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Buffalo, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Buffalo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buffalo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buffalo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buffalo paves the way for another one to be saved.
