PUPPY MICHA's Story...
Micha is a handsome Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix who weighs about 20 pounds at just 3 months old. His fur is semi-long and it’s soft as can be. His adorable little black spotted body makes him so handsome and darling. Micha loves to play with toys, siblings and splash around in his puppy pool. He is the first to come to a meal and the last to leave. Micha is very loving. He loves to be held and loved on. We gave Micha the birthday of 3/15/13. He and his siblings, along with his mom, were dumped in a rural neighborhood. When we rescued the group, we estimated the pups to be about 5 weeks old. Micha's mom is a Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix. HHS ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PUPPY MICHA, a Portland Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever for sale in Portland, or seeking a Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
